CD Changer?

Hey all

dont know much about ICE so if anyone knows which CD changer will work with my CD70 Navi system, VX or aftermarket, then id really appriciate some info.

Hoping to mount is in one of the cubby holes in the boot, because ive got CDs all over the car and can never find the one i want!!!

anyway as said before, any help would realy be appriciated.

hi mat
same problem here.cd,s all over the place.i tried vx dealer,who said it cannot be done,then i tried halfords ,who said it can be done 4 about 200 notes.one other place in hull said it can be done using a radio frequency system,at about 250 notes.still waiting on other sytems,so when i here about them i will get in touch

Thought i might check out R.A.M on Cleavland St, but ive heard good as well as bad things about them, but i suppose just getting a price dosent hurt does it....

hi mat
i have just mastered the mp3 burnning thingy,and i have put about 14 albums on one disc.is this something you could do to save loads of cd,s lying around the car

It can be done but not seen one of these units for ages. Sony used to do one and I think Fusion do a boot changer with separate controller that works on the FM modulator principle.

This sort of thing if you want to keep your OE HU.

Yep, cheers rushy thats what im after, but would want to give them a call to confirm it will work with my OE HU before i buy

Graham, might give the MP3 thing a go if i get time, good idea though.

If you go down the MP3 route you don't have to leave your expensive CD collection in the car so don't run the risk of some light fingered scally removing them from your car with the aid of a brick.
