    Default Vibration since new tyres

    Suggestions please

I've had a new set of front tyres fitted to my vec by Qucik Fit and since then I've had vibrations at speeds of between 70 & 80 MPH

The wheels have been rebalanced twice by different quick fit garages and the problem still exists. (both times they have removed all the existing weights and started from scratch)

Is their something else that could be causing this?

NB I have to use Kwik Fit as it's a lease vehicle

Once had a tyre fitting company hammer the inside of the alloys to get them off (I was not present at the time) and had similar problems that you have. It was only after another garage took them off to re-balance them that I noticed that they were running "off" to say the least. Its a long story how I failed to prove they were responsible etc, but after changing to new alloys the Vibration went away. Check this line of enquiry out, it might be the problem. Good Luck
