    Default Engine reliability

Had any reliabillity issues with your engine? This is purely engine/engine management based. If you have had Engine problems, check the engine type and then post what the problem was.

You're talking spanner light coming up kinda thing? or including things like belts/pulleys being replaced? - or just anything that has had to be done under the bonnet?

What are you defining as a problem?, just so I know whether to vote or not.

Yes faults/breakdowns that kind of thing. Anything that broke basically - not general service items that have been done during servicing.

So far at 52K miles my ickle 1.8 has been problem free (touch wood).

It's the suspension components which are pants on mine

Could I suggest we add another entry into the engine choice?

    3.0 CDTi V6 177 (Euro 3)
    3.0 CDTi V6 184 (Euro 4)

In the same way there are subtle differences between the 2.2 and 2.2 Direct, there are also subtle differences between the 3.0 Euro 3 and 3.0 Euro 4
