If you've shot them in raw, you need to process them in Photoshop, or the raw convertor that came with your camera, then size them down to maximum of 700x425 pixels and save as a jpeg.

Im assuming that you mean Photoshops CS2 when you say PaintShop CS2? Photoshop CS2 will open up RAW files directly so that will make life easier. Depending on how new the DSLR you have is, you may need to download the latest Camera Raw Plug-in from the Adobe web site.

Sounds like you're still getting to grips with your Pro DSLR and software then?

    as Ducan says above,

another alternative for future pix is to take em in dual format,

My Nikon D70 can take a RAW ( NEF ) and a JPG at the same time, and you then get to use both pix later when they are in the pc,
so the jpg would be easier to get onto the web with the minimal post processing to it,

i also use the microsoft powertoy ' image resizer ', it can easily be found on the microsoft site using the search, or look for the thread on here that talks about it, there is a link there i think
