Aerial connector lead

Ive sourced the problem with my radio reception, the lead that connects the the back of the stereo to the connector block next to the bonnet is broken .

Does anyone know what type of connector this is?

Do you mean the ariel lead or the whole wiring loom?

The ariel connection is called FAKRA, and you should be able to buy replacements fairly easily.

Thanks for the info parapaul, its just the cable that runs from the back of the stereo to the connector block, do you know anywhere that sells this lead or should I just go to the dealer?

If it is a FAKRA connector you are looking for, i have one which i have never used, bought for a aftermarket stereo change which never happened. £20.

I went to the scrappies and managed to dig one out of the wiring loom of a crashed saloon. What a job!!!!!!
