Silly question: are the braided hoses MOT-friendly? I am guessing so if all of you are buying and fitting them! Is there a really noticeable difference in performance? I am borderline interested in a set for my GSi 3.2. My brake fluid needs changing anyway. Are they simple to fit? I am reasonably competent with the spanners.

Silly question #2: do I need to notify my insurance company? They already charge me an absolute fortune for the pleasure of being insured. I am on the edge of putting my name on the list.
