Dont know anything about springs at all... but have always been told Eibach are the best !!

Also, I have learned recently that, as a general rule, 30mm lowering seem to be the maximum desired length for most Shock Absorber (Damper) manufacturers, without getting 'special' dampers.

Check with your chosen damper manufacturer before you buy the springs... just make sure they are all compatible.

Absolutey they are worth the extra cash. I have used Jamex in the past and they are a very low quality spring compared with the Eibach.

Jamex tend to be a slam and crash type spring to be honest, never rated them on my old Astra.

Eibach are the best money can buy, and they are not very expensive which is a bonus.
