Vectras are the worst thing ever in the snow I found. I couldn't turn my TC off and the ****** sat at the bottom of the hill for 3 weeks last year.

P!ssed me off royally, especially as my finance payment still came out

Winter tyres, and narrower rims are what you need.

19"s and Conti's are not what I need

Last time I tried driving in snow, I shredded two perfectly good tyres (4mm down to 1mm in 280 miles). And that was with the TC turned on. And in deeper stuff, even if the tyres grip, you'll knacker the rims. There's a reason why people in Nordic countries run Winter tyres on 16" steel rims.

    Don't do it!

I'm going to be fine. Lowly 17's with F1's on. Will cut through the snow like a hot knife through butter.

    Hopefully!
