Upper control arm bushes

So the outer bushes have gone on the rear.
Question is,
Do I replace the bushes or the arms.
If I replace the bushes, then I know I will need a removal tool.
What do you think is the easiest way to do this and can anyone recommend any good bushes or control arms and give any links to them if at all possible.
