Matte finish, no swirls and no banding, this stuff looks fun. There's some other vids from users and putting the cars through auto car washes and it holds up.

Love to see some one have a go at this but its not as easy at it looks the guy in the vid has been doing it for years and mixing the plastic dip is like mixing paint if u get it wrong it will look a mess ive seen a few ppl have a go on small bits of trim and they just gave up and stripped it off

There's a tube linked of a guy doing it himself on a white Scooby, he got the stuff pure mixed from them. You can buy it in aerosol tins for smaller projects like badges and trims.

I seem to have missed this whole dipping thing. So you spray a form of plastic on the car to change it's colour then you can peel it off when you want? Interesting.

Why's it called 'dipping' when it's sprayed?

Just watched the same guy do an R8's wheels in gloss black, looks so easy, don't know why more people haven't started doing this.
