    Default 150 CDTI Aux belt

    HI - does anyone have a diagram of how the aux belt should be positioned on a 2006 1.9cdti 150bhp Vectra?

    Mine runs over the idler iirc, although I managed to put the tensioner above the belt last change so I may not be the best for advice for this

    5. Install ribbed V-belt
    Note: Pay attention to direction of travel
    • Install ribbed V-belt.

    I Ribbed V-belt operation with air conditioning (to MY 08)
    II Ribbed V-belt operation with air conditioning (as of MY 08)
    III Ribbed V-belt routing without air conditioning system

    Thanks for that - makes it very clear - mines the first one so at the moment its wrong as its going underneath the grooved pulley.
