    Default Driver side Indicator/Headlight removal

I have a vectra 1.9 120hp cdti. 56 plate. changed the front indicator bulb but cannot for the life of me get the bulb holder to fix itself back in, been at for almost three hours. I think to save my sanity I should just remove the headlight conpletely and refit the bulb holder that way. Has anyone got tips on getting this bulb holder back in or how to take the headlight out?

With a bit of practice you can have the bumper off in literally 5 mins, as that would be my recommendation too.

Do I have to take the bumber off completely or just loosen enough to get the headlight out? Advice appreciated.

For what is involved you may as well take it off completely,4 screws along the top,4 plastic rivets underneath and 2 screws under each wheel arch 10 minute job mate,oh and don't forget to disconnect the front fogs and the temp sensor

As above--take the bumper off-- it takes no time at all.i did mine on saturday and i'm not in the best of health, even changed the fuel filter. And once its off you can clean out your aircon condenser and give the front a good check over.-----Dave

Remember to only undo the top one halfway, then push it inwards to release the bumper locking clips that hold it to the wings. Then remove bolt completely.
