Default Loose Drivers Outside Door Handle

Hi, 2007 SRi model. Door handle is loose on the drivers door, Works as normal etc but is very wobbly. Is there any way adjusting the torx screw behind the gromit will help and if so by what way?
    Thanks

Did Screw was solid, handle was easy to remove but its the internal spring or retun part thats the issue its not as strong as it was to keep the handle snug against the door fitting. I did try swapping handles but no use, looks like a door card of job,

Critch do you have pics of this item you are talking about? is there a link to one on the forum somewhere? im having the same issue, handle operates but feels looser than the rest and will pull out further before it opens the door/ then it wont spring back tight to rest position it sits out a bit....is this the same thing i need? or is it internal in the mechanism? will this fix be a door card off ? please advise, thanks
