    Default Any whites goods engineers?

As above guys looking for a bit if advice really

mother in laws washing machine is leaking so said if take a look found it leaking from a valve that attaches to fill pipe.

hope that makes sense to someone that works on these lol

anyway wondering if that valve has any technical name so I can get part ordered.

secondly the tumble drier has packed in. Its a condensor dryer.
    its nit heating up.

cleaned filter etc still no joy.

so I assume its some sort of thermostat/ thermal fuse fault

my idea is bring multimeter home test for continuity, would this be correct?

its a beko tumble drier can anyone advise on where location of thermostat etc is?

    thanks for any help

    adam

Think you are talking about the Inlet water valve, thats what I would describe it as.

The element could have gone for the dryer, check with multimeter.

Becko's are normally very cheap to buy and almost throw away when they develop faults. I just bought a new Becko washer for about £250 with 1600 spin speed.

for the dryer more than likely the heater element and depending on the make of the dryer you can pick the element up for around £40 inc p&P
