Another day, another successful job done by Critch

Have been dealing with the effects of a failed crank sensor on my motor for the last few days. The effect being that once the car reaches it's warmed up temperature, the engine dies. An absolute pain in the neck to deal with in town traffic, barely able to travel a mile or two, between a foced stop and a 10-15 minute cool down. Marginally better able to cope with a motorway drive at 70mph I suppose because of air flow entering the engine compartment cooling it down just a little.

Anyway, made the almost 40 mile trip to Critch today, arriving late after 2 stoppages but not too late for him to fit a replacement and locate the source of a blowing exhaust system (new front flexi pipe needed now.... There always seems to be "something else" needs doing on the car)

Great stuff fella and another cracking job !

While there met up with Steve (megsdad) and Mark (cont1204) and watched the traffic and passers by at the local Maccies and discussed the usual Vectra Stuff
