    Default bluetooth headunits

been having a look at bluetooth car kits, popp'd down to my local sextons and took a look at the parrot kits which look very good

also looking at getting a new headunit at somepoint in the future too, so i went into Halfords and saw they had a pioneer bluetooth cd/mp3 unit which included a mic too, i thought thats pretty handy and space saving, costs £500 odd i think

just wanted to hear your views on getting an all in one, rather than having a separate bluetooth handsfree and stereo..

Well the parrott 3200 is what about £130 now? So can you get a suitable head unit for say £350 plus £20 for looms then?

Also is Halfords the cheapest source you may get it cheaper else where!

But why bother with a parrot kit when you can get an all singing pioneer with everything built in , the eeq+ is absolutely stonking , plus you dont have a load of clutter over the dash

I too have the all in one Pioneer unit and would not dream of going back to a separate unit.

Check out the link in my sig below

the deh-p75bt is just as good , but with out burr brown bbe time alignment etc , but for £'s per sound the pioneer stuff is ver very hard to beat , my vectra had the "top of the range" cdc 40 opera unit fitted , changed that for a pioneer deh-p7700mp and will not go back to the standard unit in the time i have the car .
i used to swaer by alpine but a mate called pat used to work for western car radio in brizzle and what he knows his stuff i bought the pioneer on his advice.
and it does sound fantastic , the easy eq is spot on , if a pioneer cant make your car sound good give up !

yeah i agree with pioneer, i used to work at halfords so had a chance to differenciate in sound quality

alpine - if you have the wong
pioneer - if you want good sound like the alpines but wanna pay less

    kenwood - ok
    sony - hmm
