Motorbikes....

Well the year has been good so far and finding a few pennies spare for a new toy.... So this is gonna be the year of the motorbike!!! Getting back on after 2 years off and it's time for a Hayabusa I think.. Especially after test ride today.... Phwoar!!!

Anyone know of anywhere to get these cheap at trade prices? Not bothered about mileage or huge on condition just want the speed kicks again!

Previously owned a Yammy R6 and R1. Lets just say I have got fat since I last got on them and it was a struggle when I owned them so they are out of the picture!!

tips... get very good medical insurance... it came in handy for me when the inevitable 'off' happened..

would i have another bike??..no, too many poor drivers around now..

just sold my mint 98 r1 gutted but it wasn't getting used due to working six days a week and family commitments.oh well at least i can spend a little more time on the car.

I do Mark, I had the 'off' 3 years ago at 170mph+.... Ouch...

By fat means 6ft 5in and 16 stone mate, just not as slim as I was lol. Had a blackbird on hire for a weekend and nice bike in a straight line....

At 6 5" you're allowed to be 16 stone

ZX9 very nice if you must have a sportsbike

Blackbirds handle better round the twisties with a few mods, the Blackbird forum is pretty useful for tips
