Default The Strangest Thing Just Happend..

Dont really know what to make of this...

Just been out to wash the wheels and windows on my Vec-C. Wheels came up a treat, so started on the windows. No problem there either.

Went to wipe the wing mirrors, and the passenger side mirror pane came off in my hand.. Ok, not a problem i can stick that back on.

Went to wipe the driver wing mirror and the exact same thing happend! Coincedince?

So, what is the best way to get these stuck back in place please?

If it is just a chance in a million, i think ill get a couple of lines on the lotto tonight!

It's only the mirror glass that has come un-stuck
I had this on thursday with my passenger side mirror glass,i found out off here,to use evo stick compact adhesive,so i have,i still have the elastic bands on the mirror housing to hold the glass in place,i will let you know if its fallen off, when i remove them

I used silicon sealer to "glue" mine back on. You are lucky they did not break.

    Sorted!

Cleaned mirror and holder with Isopropol and fixed with thin double sided tape.

Just been reading back through others who have had this, seems i am not the only one to have BOTH detach in a very short period of time..

    Cheers for the replys chaps

After some idiot hit my mirror, the glass fell off, so I bought a replacement one for £10 off of ebay.
