345mm brake caliper springs,are they the same as fitted to 314mm calipers?

as title really,my springs have gone rusty again and my mate says hes got a new set but for 345mm calipers.
anyone know if they will fit?

Take them off clean them and paint them , ones for 345s iirc come powder coated Arden blue

i did that when i fitted the calipers mate.hey gone rusty again.
are the 345 springs the same size?dont matter about the colour
