    Default

    Solid for quietness

Anything other that increases noise. If you want better performance than look at pads. If you want better performance from the OEM discs consider air cooling ducts like the VXR's have attached to the front fogs and ducted to the wheelarch liner

Is it only when breaking when you get noise? Basically upgrading turbo so will need a bit more stopping power. Don't want bigger brakes just better discs and pads

Yeah, when braking. Shouldnt notice any difference when not applying the brakes, but for my car i went for mtec grooved and drilled for the looks with OEM Police spec pads (314mm setup)

I'm thinking of upgrading mine (2,8 Opel OPC) to 35.6 mm grooved and drilled, mainly because of looks - and I don't plan on switching to less than 18" wheels anyway. Does anyone know if it's possible to fit bigger brakes at the rear as well?
