    Default safe removal of heater matrix??

    Want car back to good order all just to be a good owner! Lol

    Need solid advice on how to remove heater matrix... I know where it is and know of the cover, can see the matrix but on scrapped car i tried getting pipes out but damaged the pipes...

    Any good advice on how to get pipes out so can get matrix out replace with new one

    All cos i get lukewarm heating in car...

    Thermastat replaced so cant be that!

    If you know something i need to check before removing matrix, let me know please. Iving you 3 days to answer before i attempt! :-/ lol

    Have you tried flushing the matrix through both ways? Quite often a reverse flush will clear any crap in it if it's blocked.

    Both hot, all flap motors work as should. Have compared with other car and bright light through air block to inspect flap functioning...

    Def think the matrix is maybe 80% blocked... Will try again flush it through and put summat in hopefully loose up the junk in there!
