    Default Full Spring Clean!

I think I must have spent 8 hours over the weekend giving the Land Rover a full detail inside and out, to get the winter crap off!

She is now over 6 1/2 years old with 59000 miles on it, and we have had her for just under 6 years!

I think she will keep us going for another year! But I am really tempted to go for the 10 years of ownership!

Fantastic job... looks better than new.
For some reason, I have a softspot for the Freelander 2, and thought about one for the missus... but unfortunately too expensive for me.

Had another butchers on the autotrader after i saw this thread. What's the trim and spec of the freelancer and what mods have you done. Those look like wheels.

It started as a top spec HSE model. But over the years I have gone way beyond that. Too much to list, so have a look at the link below. I did go in to my LR dealer on Saturday to have a nose at a 2013 MY HSE Lux Freelander 2, and they offered me £14750 as a trade in for mine as they really want it and have done for ages.

To use there words, privately, it is worth about £3000 more than a standard HSE of my year. Land Rovers are strange cars, versions that are facelifted and enhanced with LR parts, do not suffer on the residuals. The residuals actually go up!
