    Default Tips on removing top grille??

    New bumper on way (3rd bumper since wife damaged it!!!)

    I removed top grille last time but know if i do it again i be sure to damage or snap something,

    Think it 3 parts clipped together, any top tips on how to get it off safe and best method??

    If I remember right from when I CCd my grill the fixings are a bit like a hook and loop, I found it best to gently lever the hook part away but it didn't seem to need much movement to get it to release, only a couple of mm. I saw a suggestion to slip a cabletie in between the parts as you open them to keep them open while you do the rest.
