I used to have a kit from hids direct but now I decided to do it on the cheap and got the below items. Been in 3-4 weeks now without any problems.

I also have the xenon option turned on. If yours is not set to be on then you will need the cancellers also.

Mine is a facelift to btw

Total cost for me was 26 quid.

    Hope that helps.

Can't think of a reason why they would not go straight in to a preface mate. I say yes to that one

Quite easy to fit as the size of the ballsts are very small so can be put in various places in the engine bay.

The only thing you do have to do is drill a 25 mm hole in the back of the lense caps to allow the cables to pass through.

Other than that its a doddle.

I removed the bumper first time round to fit. Since then I only have to remove the airbox and washer bottle neck each side to gain access to the bulbs if they need to be changed.

EDIT : I will pop out later and take some pics of where I placed mine (ballasts) and how they wire up.

I've got 35w 5000k HIDs in mine from HIDS-Direct and the Xenons' setting set to 'present'. A million times better than standard VX headlights, and took me about an hour to put in (need to drop bumper and remove headlights due to car being designed by morons).
