Just changed the front pads and discs, but the front pad indicator is still showing up on the dash.. any ideas? ( the sensor wire is attached! )

did the sensor indicator light up before you replaced the pads as
if so then the sensor wires must be replaced as i dont think the
sensors can be reused, they have to be new ones but if not then
the light shud go out once u have braked a few times and settles

    cheers

Yeah it did before i changed them! - oddly it lit up when i wasnt braking! but the pads were very low so I changed them anyway. The sensor wire ( only on one side ) can be clipped off and put back on.. the stealer said they didnt have to be replaced!

yep, as andy says, it it's ever been used ( ie the pads wore down that far) then it's got to be a new one for the light to sort itself out..

reet.. if thats the case.. are they easy to change, can see where they clip into the pad, but not sure on the other end - is it normal to only have one sensor as well?

yep, only ever one sensor fitted now, just follow the wire up and you'll find the plug.. it's a dead easy change, hardest bit will be getting the wheels off again.
