Does kurb weight come into it? Also check ur licence covers u to tow more than 750kgs think people who passed after 97 can't unless they take the added test

A few friends have asked for cheap cars and seen a few that need repair (Head gasket, cambelt snapped etc) but the cost to recover them rules them out.
Quite like the idea of buying and repairing a few cars

Does that inc the weight of the trailer?
Unless you are planning on only picking up realluy small cars like Mini's, then I doubt the Signum has the towing capability.
You would nrmally need a large 4X4 or even a big ransit type van.
Small to medium cars probably.
A trailer would be about 500kg and Saxo's, MG TF's Citroen C3's are all under 1100kg so not just limited to mini's lol
According to my handbook the 3.0Cdti Signum auto is only allowed to tow 1300kg,presumably down to auto box cooling issues
