Tarts getting boob jobs on nhs for free now, this is crazy (assuming it's true)
How can this be justified, when there are long waiting lists for life saving operations?

on a serious note tho as a Member of Her Majesty's Armed Forces possibly facing redundancy this year because of government spending cuts I am outraged that hard earned tax payers money has gone to giving this trout faced sla**er bigger boobs, I personally hope they burst and poison her!
