That is evil! I always assumed (wrongly apparently) that you could do whatever you wanted with a vehicle, drink, etc whilst on private property!
When I was younger and more stupid, I had a friend who's family owned a breakers yard. On one occasion when his parents were away there was a 'party' and we got a bit carried away and drove one of the knackers around the yard after a few drinks! If what you say is true, we could potentially have got done for that (aside from the real safety issues!).
