Piece of cake fella.
After leaving the car with ignition off for 15 minutes (gives the cars on board electronics time to shut down properly). Disconnect the positive + terminal from the battery, wait another 5 minutes, and then set to work. Your air bag electrics are hopefully disabled by now.
Unplug the cars electrics from under the seat, and then using a long breaker bar and a T45 bolt remover, set to work.
Decent quality tools are needed because the threads on the 3 bolts you need to remove, are threadlocked and take a fair bit of shifting (hence the breaker bar and a quality torx fitment).
2 bolts are located on the back of the seat runners (one on each) and the other is the seatbelt fitting on the side of the seat.
Refitting is just a reverse of this.
Finally plug the seat back into the electrics, reconnect the battery, give it a couple of minutes for "luck"and you are good to go.
I am assuming you are replacing a seat with another from a similar age model car in this write up (airbags etc are important and should be consistant..... ie you are not swapping a seat from a Ford or anything like that LOL)

As above mate, dead simple.
Unsure if its anything like the astra, but different models had different specs for pre tensioners, so sometimes you need to use your originals.
Lol, no no, seat is from a 56 plate sri 2.2 vectra
just mine is a little worn on side and it bugs me! Ha
Very easy as the above.
but just to add that its recommended to disconnect the earth first.
Critch, you are supposed to be moving ? Why are you still online LOL![]()
