    Default Couriering stuff

Anyone ever used a courier service to send alloy wheels across the country? I have a potential buyer for my old Sri alloys but they're in Scotland and I'm not.
If anyone has done this, who did you use and how much hassle was it to organise? Also, how did you package up your stuff?
    Ta.

Done this many times mate usually put bubble wrap on the face then cardboard on top of the bubble wrap then tape it on with scotch brown packaging tape do this front and back. Paisly freight are quite good reasonably priced.

I've used paisley and also yodel to courier alloys. Just taped card over both sides of each wheel. Cost about £30 to post iirc.

    use ups mate via http://www.interparcel.com/?gclid=CJ...FUbKtAodUD8AvQ
had a set of black gloss 19" vxr alloys collected from scotland and delivered to swindon wilts on a next day cost was £70 but i did insure them upto £800
as others have said bubble wrap and cardboard on the faces and if you can shrink wrap them this will help keep it all togather
