Not two days labour though read the how 2 change inlet manifold
People on here generally take a day to do it themselves like i said vx time is around 3-4 hours

Be nice to find some one that can fix this prop cheap for me if I was to get the inlet close to me

so blanking them off is there a how two any where and what has to be change also how long it will take my having them done in next two week
On mine, the top of No.2 flap seems to be higher than the rest, like it's lifting up. Does this mean it's knacked? There's a fair bit of oil and gunk around all of them which doesn't look like it's come from anywhere else.
Yes its knackered , if you get a spray bottle with some washing up liquid while its running and spray down into the flaps you will see bubbles forming from the air escaping from them , some may be worse than others , mine are the same , i have sealed them up at the minute until i sort the manifold
Anybody know someone close to Slough who can replace the inlet manifold? My dads car has got the problem at 150k miles, 140k which he put on via motorway miles. Never knew of the EGR problems since its our first diesel car, and neve cleaned it out. Cleaned the EGR Valve and Boost sensor, but we noticed swirl bar has come off a few of the points. And the inlet from the EGR vale was like 90% blocked with soot.
