Mine started to do the same was meaning to strip and clean up the sliders and rubbers, never got round to doing it the next thing I knew I went through a set of new pads in less than six months. I had to get a new piston as it was seized.

So could do with cleaning up or you have a sticky piston.

Hi, replaced all four sets of pads/rotors two years ago. After that, the fronts in particular would "stick" on, cheap rotors off the net, but the calipers were "sticky" so have just replaced front calipers/rotors and pads, feels like a different car now. Got replacement GM calipers from Brakes Internaional in Rochdale, quite cheap (£120) for fronts and really good service. Talk to Sarah, she know's herr brakes!!
i would suggest new calipers, you can get over-hauls kits, but you never know what lurks after you stip it down.
    Hope this helps............................................

On the rear sliders remove the rubbers from the caliper and clean the holes mine had corroded so much it was squeezing the rubber and pinching the slider pins causing it to stick and bind as if the hand brake was still on

    Done mine no issues since

    As above....
common fault for pins to seize .
take pins out and clean and lube.
take rubber out of caliper and clean the hole up.
usually corroded up causing rubber to distort causing sliding action to stop
