BTW, what's a normal temp reading for these after say 10 miles in a temp of 5c?

Ok mines definitely not right then!

If I buy from vaux it comes with temp sensor as well so covers that if that's playing up.

Gonna try it today (before taking my other car off the road!) So when I go to vaux, is there any way I can get the trade price? Can't become a full member on here atm.

    How 2 for thermostat

Did mine on my old 150, nice and simple. I just replaced coolant rather than try and save the old.

SORTEDDDDDD!! Replaced stat and it warms up now!

Gonna ignore the rear bounce for now as it's settled a bit so I think it was due to being jacked up for a few days as it still handles well and seems ok with a corner bounce test.

Just getting tyre and tracking done tomorw and hopefully it will last atleast a week before breaking anything else haha.

Happy days, self gratification of fixing it yourself. Will also allow your DPF to regen as it wouldn't have done it before
