parrot relay installation

does anyone know how to install a relay to the external mute section parrot ck3100 kit. the extenal mute on my kit keeps going to ground, on and off continuosly when i put the volume up high as im listening to a cd (not in a call). it sounds like the cd is skipping.

ie a switch to mute the radio
