    Default DWP Industrial Injuries benefit

In December 2010 I cut off half of my index finger on my right hand and damaged the two middle fingers in a work accident.
I returned back to work as soon as I could.
I was awarded £31 per week industrial Injuries benefit.
After a medical it was decided I had got better and they stopped the payments!
    The finger ain't grown back!
I have always worked never claimed a benefit.
I have been to a court appeal/tribunal today and they have overturned the decision.
    It wasn't the money.
The morally wrong decision was made.
I hate these sponging crappers who never pay into the pot always take out.
It just makes you bitter I guess.
I'm going to buy my eldest daughter a new laptop with the backdated payments.
It's one for the hard working little man.

Have they made it a lifetime award or do you have to go back at a later date to have it reviewed again.

A friend of my wife has a son who requires 24 hr care.
He's in a has brain damage.
You can have a brief conversation with him but it's difficult.
    He about 21 years old.
They had a letter from the social asking what he was doing to get a job!!!
The spongers keep saffing where the proper cases get hassled and their benefits stopped.

Mate it must be hard for the staff seeing the crappers telling their lies trying it on.
We all know of people who fleece the system.
You listen to em they reckon the world owes em something!

My old man worked hard most of his life doing up to 90 hours a week, he was involved in a serious accident that doctors told him he would never work again. He suffers both mental and physical health problems, he got called up for the benefits interview by ATOS and assessed by one of there nurses who wasn't qualified enough to asess him and she said there was nothing wrong with him! &said fit to return to work! Basically saying that all the doctors and psychiatrist professionals were talking Bull. He appeals it and was turned down again by another nurse who didnt have sufficiant qualifications! He is 62 and almost commited suicide cause of this! They really have no clue or care about how many lifes they destroy! He had industrial injuries aswell. They met him for 5 mins asked questions that were not valid to him. On his appeal he had letters from his psychiatrist and his Doctor stating he was not fit to work and there decision is wrong! So your lucky to get it back mate well done!

The worste was the guy on his death bed with MS! ATOS stopped his benefits cause they put appointment for interview which obvously was impossible for him to attend! So cause he didnt go they stoped his benefits and said he was fit for work! & this kind off thing is happening way too often to genuine cases! Where the lying thieving sponging scumb ae still getting there benefits and scamming the system.

The two people in the hearing today were a lawyer and a doctor.
They were totally independent and thankfully decency and common sense prevailed.
