Well, Ion, it was not all it cracked up to be! Very small premises in Letchworth, all manufacturing done from there. Not many staff, just really not what you'd expect at all. I was hoping to give an interesting report but it's just a load of tanks full of shampoo!

I bet you were quite disappointed. I expected some grand high tech place with labs & product development teams in white suits etc.

NO! I hinted and hinted, then literally asked! In the end I said I had a particular problem with my car, in that the bodywork is black, but the window trim is faded black and not much works without making a mess when it rains.... he still didnt take the bait - just said oh that must be annoying!!!
