    Thumbs up AutoGlym HD Wax

I ordered a tub of this stuff the other day and is came this morning but the weather is dire so can't do nothing to the car until it picks up a bit.

Just wondered if anyone else has tried this stuff? It came with 2 applicators and a finishing cloth but gotta love the smell, nice Vanilla aroma Usually £44.99 in Halford's here but got it online bnib for £30 delivered which I thought was worth a go. It has some good reviews but would love to know is anyone on the Vec C Forum has tried it.

I use it and love it! Just make sure you put it on lightly. A quick polish with srp first too.

Don't put too much on, and stick a couple of coats on to make sure of its coverage.

as said most people that use / autoglym seem to put on way to much , it just wastes product and makes getting it off harder . better to put on a few light coats over a few days ( quick wash in between , new coats )

the vectra has gone , but not far away so ill still see it form time to time

Nice one guys, I have AG High Gloss Sealant so I'll finish it of with that. All I need now is some decent weather or at least warmer, it's -2 today and -1 tomorrow and gives more rain for Thursday on. Just wish I had a garage I could play in

What? You seal a wax with another wax? You do realise it will be the Colli doing the beading if it's the LSP?

Maybe it's Colonite 845 Insulator although technically it is a wax it can be used as a sealer but don't know much about the stuff to be honest

Anyways, I don't think it matters what the last product is to be applied for defense, as long as the car is well protected. Surely that's the main thing and if it shines and looks good then we're all happy

I usually seal mine with the AG extra gloss protection.
