Head Bolt Torque Settings

HIya Guys

does anyone know the Torque settings for the head bolts on a vectra-c 2.2 dti with a Y22DTR engine,
my torque wrench has inch pounds and m.kgs
i would be extremelly gratefull if anyone knows the torque settings.
