Default Front Tyres Wearing On Inside &Outside Edges ?

Took car in for MOT and told both front tyres need to be changed as they have worn on inside and outside edges. He seems to think i have been driving with low tyre pressures.I told him i always keep pressures as recommended. Can anyone confirm correct pressure for (04 Reg) 2.2 Direct Elite.Thanks.

Cant tell the pressure without knowing the size of the tyre.

Should be 215/50/17's so 32 front and rear, but the Eco setting is 36 front and rear.
