Sticking Brakes?

I think my off side front brake is sticking. Just got home from Swindon and washed the car. I was surprised by the steam coming from the disk when it got wet. I could also feel it was noticably hotter than the rest..... Any ideas on where to look to sort this out?

Partially seized caliper by the sounds. Either piston or slides. have you had any brake work done where the flexi hose at that wheel might have been clamped? It may have collapsed the inner wall of the flexi which is hindering the fluid recouperating (d'ya like that word, thought of that one all by myself ). Take the caliper off and try pushing the piston back, it should go back quite easily. If you end up with lumps in your neck from trying to push it back then there's a problem with it lol.
