Just a quick question. Can you use burn rewritable discs for use in the cd70? I burn a normal cd-R and then realise I don't like most of the songs.

I have never tried it, but the price of CD-R's are really cheap.
it'd be interesting to know this, my cd70 has taken a real dislike to my cd-r's recently, it reads ones i burnt a while ago but the ones i do now keep saying invalid cd and they are all from the same batch of 50 spindle, tried burning on slowest speeds in both burners and it hates them, although if it hates one cd-rw it would probably hate it when i re-burnt it
I use rewriteables without any issues
i have had issues with the cheaper branded discs, started buying the more expensive ones and fine, also use rewritables with no probs.
Mine does this too.. States invalid disc and chucks its teddy out the pram.. I never get past the first 2 tracks on mine ... Every time I start the car up it ejects the disc... So I push it back in , listen to a couple of songs, then back to square one next time I fire her up.... If it weren't for the satnav I'd of binned it long ago
Re writable disks and recordable are less reflective than printed cds and so not all will be read , as others have suggested use premium branded discs as these will be better.
Try burning using Imageburn and make sure you are not burning WMA files, apparantly the CD70 isnt too keen on Windows??
