    Default Advice needed pls

    JUst tonight the car lost power on me, came back but its now flat, no power til 2500rpm. it has black smoke from rear of exhausts and engine management light is on. It starts and drive ok, apart from loss of power and smoke. ive had a look on here and it could be one of a few things raly. has anyone had the same happen to them please and what the fix is??

    is it the egr?? or intercooler? or swirl valves?

    yeah its the 1.9cdti150 model.
    how could i tell if it is swirl valves? would it be noisey??
