A right dilema

basically i turned up at school today to find a 30+ yr old woman assalting my 14 yr old daughter

so me being Dad,i grabbed the woman and removed her from my daughter.

the Police were called and if i press charges against her for assalting a minor,she will use the "race card",saying i called her a foreign ***** and rugby tackled her to the ground...WTF!!!

at the moment i have said that i will not press charges,but i am so annoyed and my daughter is absolutely distraught,that i want her to pay for her actions

It really depends what your daughter and withness's say about the incident.
If your still not happy, then ask the Police who attended. She might already have a history of similar incidents.

I hate the whole race card bollox! Racism is wrong everyone knows that but using it to justify your own law breaking or behaviour is disgusting!

Sounds about right these days.. Why not use the race card against her, say she called you white trash or something, either way, it doesn't excuse her for assaulting a minor, if it were me I'd take my chance, as its foreign ****ers like her with no respect for our beliefs and laws that's making this country go down hill..

I'd have more than likely knocked the ****ers head off if she assaulted a member of my family..

Ask the school to check their CCTV if they have it and use it against her..

luckily i have a dash cam which recorded part of the assault as i arrived at school,but myself removing the 3rd party from my daughter was out of shot

The law allows use of reasonable force and if you saw your child being assaulted by an adult you could justifiably claim that you reacted instinctively to defend her (and laid hands on the attacking adult). If it was me I'd want to do the right thing by my child, if this had happened to him. If you make an allegation to the cops they are duty-bound to investigate it. You and your daughter are two witnesses so that will go some way to trumping the woman's sole testimony unless she has witnesses of her own. Who else was there and what was the cause of the initial assault?

it seems we could also get her done on a possible abduction charge,as she told my daughter to "GET IN THE CAR"!!!
