Gear box rattle Vectra c 3.2 gsi please help diagnose this noise.

I have noticed when first thing on a morning when engine is cold and in neutral when i rev it their is a rattle noise when revs go back down, if i press the clutch in and rev it their is no rattle noise at all, this noise is coming from the gearbox/bellhousing area. Also once car has warmed up and been driven for a bit this rattle noise is hardly noticeable, but sometimes when i change gear quickly their is a metallic clunk noise.

From what i have been reading it could be the clutch/dmf or it could be gearbox bearings ?

Even if it was a thrust bearing .......................

You would be a fool not to change the whole clutch assembly whilst its stripped down.

Just looked at the videos and mine doesn't sound as bad as them, thank god lol.. But im going to get it looked at pretty soon.

Is their a "how too" on how to change the clutch on a 3.2 ?

I once changed clutch and flywheel on calibra turbo 4x4 i would expect it would be easier on the Vectra ?
