sorry guys, turns out the guy didn't know what he was talking about and was trying to program old keys he bought off ebay.

That key isnt cut or coded its extra for it to be coded and you need to stay around 10miles or around that from him.

Cost of a key to be cut £5 local to me cost of being coded free if you got O###M or anybody local has similar ! In vauxhall Newport I was charged £30 plus vat just to be coded .My last one I done myself
