    Engine : 2.8

    Year : 2006

    Default Looking for a Signum

Hi everyone, hoping for some advice

I'm currently after a Signum, my preference is the 2.8t V6.

Would people advise the Auto or Manual?

Are the 230 and 250 models the same? is it just the map thats different? Basically can I get big power from a 230 model with just a remap?

Looking forward to joining in and getting the right start this time. (instead of the poverty spec astra I currently have)

If anyone know of any decent Signums for sale please point me in the right direction

    Thanks
    Russ

Cheers guys, I had seen that on autotrader. Unfortunately a little out my budget.

I've never owned an auto, and always favoured a manual. On research it appears that the manual is quicker than the auto, is this correct?

It is a steal Ian and gorgous too but the Signum market is a very small one I'm afraid and lots of people don't like autos (me included) lol but some lucky person will get a stunning Signum

Auto suits the signum, it's a classier car than the Vectra,

5K is a steal, but the market is currently dead. I ended up letting mine go for 5K. No one wants big engines and high tax. Also the market for modified cars is very very small. It worked out better in the end for me to put mine back to almost standard. I ended up selling all the mods for over a K. Even the couple of mods I left on I was getting people asking me to remove. I would also remove the fact its had a remap, or at least mention that you will remove it if the buy wants. I found that was putting lots of people off with mine.

Apologies to the OP for going way OT and I hope you yont dont take my comments the wrong way @soulman, but i went through exactly what you are before xmas
