    Default Speedo change

Is it possible to put a facelift speedo in a prefacelift DTI, basically I'm looking shot of the lift had display that is like a disco atm (power steering icon, blubs out icon and intermittent eml) the steering works fine, smd sidelights giving bulb error and slightly dodgy egr. Maybe even just the swap the dials section

I'm not sure a speedo change would solve your problems fella. At the end of the day, the lights are just warnings triggered by other units in the car which probably need dealing withg rather than "blaming" the speedo unit. Have you had all the codes read / diagnosed by anyone with the right kind of fault code reader ?

If yiou have already been there, done that, got the teeshirt etc., I suppose you could just be extremely unfortunate, and actually indeed have a faulty speedo, in which case try a scrappy for a like for like model change.

Sorry matey, I guess I never got to understand your original question ?

I thought you said you were having dash problems due to all sorts of error messages, oh well, I guess I misunderstood

Yep straight swap , be good if you have the security code incase you ever want to change anything , but as is will work with no issues.
