    Default vectra air bag

    hi
    my air bag light is on, on dash bord does any one no how to get it of? it 97 p reg thanks

    Hi mate.. the only way is a dealer trip i'm afraid.. they'll need to set the crash codes..

    Have you moved the seat recently?? check for kinked and broken wires under the seat..

    Would a battery off for a few hrs maybe solve it?

    nope.. if the car has written crash codes to the ecu then it's on there permanently..

    Not everthing can be cured by disconnecting the battery....

    I have heard of this with the vectra b, and the only way is as GSI says it will need to go to the dealer.
