Moped vs Jaguar

Just been watching motorbike vids on YouTube as im thinking about sitting my bike test.
Found this vid here. I think the Jag driver is at fault and shouldnt have tried to overtake, what do you think?

What's the matter with the fat man ? Cornering the moped driver, trying to make fall dawn, or even kill him ? Why ? He should be prosecuted, at least.

Jaq Driver was in the wrong single carriageway, biker should goto c.a.b and take it further could prosecute driver for dangerous driving, would benefit biker.

Done the scooter thing. Incidents like this are common! I was passing a tractor once and had a guy in a scenic pass BETWEEN us!!!

Jag driver completely in the wrong, and the biker quite right that he is entitled to be in the middle of the lane.
Iirc, as an ex biker, you're supposed to give bicycles, motorcycles and horses a wide berth, not try to force them over then run them up the kerb. A friend of mine had similar happen in London, he had steel plates on hid boot soles. He rammed his foot inti the side of the car and accelerated - not that I'm recommending that.
Once the jag driver got bolshy I'dve taken his plate number and details and passed it to the police - or, more likely, called them to attend. Most phones these days have cameras, so plenty of pics of damages, scene, etc as well.

I did remove said scenics mirror.....row started, he phoned police who were very interested in how it was his drivers mirror....lol!

dont know how the lad on moped kept his cool id of f in killed him, ive had my bike licsense and bike for 2 years now and not had any incidents but can imagine moped riders get a lot of this but they have just as much right to use the road as anyone else imo just a bit of patience and common sense dont go a miss
