Tires do not match i.e. different speed ratings front to back

I would think that if the airbag light is on constantly there is a problem with the airbag system. If the airbags dont deploy correctly that could be dangerous.
The bent suspension is also dangerous and I would have thought it would make the vehicle unroadworthy.
Apart from those reasons why you shouldnt use the vehicle, the general state of the vehicles sounds as though they would give anyone a pretty poor view of the organisation you work for and certainly wouldny give anyone an impression of professionalism.
Any decent manager should have them sorted ASAP.

YOU as the driver are responsible for the car you are in. A lot of those things would fail an MOT so yes they are dangerous...... I would refuse to drive it.

As Astrase20 said, if you are the driver and get stopped and there are things unroadworthy/illegal about the car, it's you as the driver who gets the prosecution/points - not the company.

Apart from refusing to drive it until it's rectified, I'd make a list of all the items that you think need attention. Doesn't your company have somebody that deals with all the pool cars? If so, obviously give it to them, if not then the boss.

Edit: Just seen your post. Transport for London?!!! You'd have thought they would make sure their vehicles were in a decent state!

I suspect the car has been smashed before, and has gone to a cheap fix joint, and the airbag may not even be there anymore, difficult one that, do you put yourself at risk, or do you upset your companies almighties and risk being outcast.

Not strictly true, but very close.... there are 3 possible elements to most motoring offences... Use, Cause and Permit. If you are the driver, you would be liable for prosecution for Using a motor vehicle in a defective/dangerous condition... there would also be liability on somebody in the company (either a line manager or company secretary) for Causing a motor vehicle to be used etc etc.
